Spurs complete 4-game brush, routing Lakers 103-82

LOS ANGELES (AP) a Tony Parker scored 23 points, and the San Antonio Spurs completed their first-round sweep of the injury-plagued Los Angeles Lakers with a victory in Game 4 on Sunday evening.
