How Jose Mourinho Can Revolutionize His Chelsea Team If And When He Ties As Director

With studies surging in that Jose Mourinho could make his come back to English football and to Chelsea this summer, most are betting large changes to the team. With stories from the Evening Standard that Mourinho will have a big plan for the transport window, itas nearly certain we will see big names coming to the team. Number one on the number one on the list for Chelsea and list for The Special One, for the best time, is Radamel Falcao. All signs point to Falcao joining the London club and if he does, we could see Fernando Torres or Demba Ba mailed out in the summer. Falcao would offer Chelsea with a much-needed reliable striker capable of making their own goalscoring possibilities, and cleaning inside the box. Nevertheless the striker situation is only one of the main problems inside Stamford Bridge. This shift might appear like a reach, but I'm as though if Chelsea can't property Falcao and for reasons uknown Mourinho thinks like sticking with Torres, he will turn to generate an innovative fighting midfielder very familiar to him, and that is Mesut Azil. The targeting midfield position is significantly loaded for Chelsea with Oscar, Mata, and Hazard all beginning many games for Chelsea. I believe though that if they opt to stay with Torres they'll need a CAM unlike one they've now. Risk, Mata, and Oscar would be the kind of midfielders that want to report, more of shoot first CAMas which doesnat benefit Torres much. Getting Azil would provide Mourinho with an enemy effective at checking defenses with exceptional perspective and passing, and would provide Torres the setup person he needs to provide him goalscoring opportunities that he canat miss. The trouble with bringing in Azil is that you would need to deliver out among the starting CAMas or persuade a lesser role to be played by him in the staff. I feel that person would be Oscar. The Brazilian has had a great period for Chelsea, but has been irregular. In Europa League play, Oscar has played a lot as numerous targets in the Europa League better than he's in group play, scoring as he has in the Premier League. Oscar is young, and packed with potential so that may turn fully off Mourinho to trying to sell him, but when you have the opportunity to generate a proven world-class participant like Azil and you've the methods to, could you move that up? Talking about key midfielders, there's the case of finding you to definitely replace Frank Lampard. His role in the Chelsea group has changed somewhat, having been moved straight back from the center targeting midfield role, to a midfield role, and in 2013 to a defensive midfield role. But despite the change of position on the subject, Lampard is having a season for the Blues, but it is no secret he may not receive a contract extension. That'll leave Chelsea with an emptiness at main midfield. To fill that void, Mourinho may want to check out attracting yet another versatile midfielder just like Lampard, and that is Marouane Fellaini. At Real Madrid, Mourinho didnat have a really functional midfielder that may perform every one of the key midfield roles (fighting, defensive, holding), and if a contract extension was offered by Lampard isnat he might be without that kind of midfielder when he returns to Chelsea. Fellaini may be the type of person that may do all three key roles. At Everton, Fellaini is quite much used in more of a role, but indicates they can if needed a defensive midfield role and perform an everyday central midfield role. His versatility and great fighting and defensive function rates would be precisely what Mourinho would need to help anchor the main midfield. There's speculation that Xabi Alonso may be creating his return to England in Chelsea blue, but with him being up there in age Mourinho may want to appear to bring in another key midfielder along with him, therefore it wouldnat shock me if Fellaini moved to Chelsea in the summer. Lastly, Mourinho must address the back line. David Terry is on the downhill, Luiz appears to wish to perform an attacking role more than a defensive role, Ivanovic is almost 30 and Gary Cahillas type has been irregular. Mourinho might look to bring in a young, central defense to tense up a loose right back line and the gamer he could look to bring in is Raphael Varane. The French footballer has established his worth at Real Madrid and worked his way in to the beginning eleven under Mourinho, and he's a highlight reel featuring discusses on some of the top notch strikers available. Varane could be a that Mourinho could develop a new defense around over a few periods, and the same as Khedira he is the type of player that Mourinho likes, specially in an opponent. Powerful, fearless, actual. He has all of the characteristics of a Mourinho product. This is, obviously, all determined by if Mourinho does make his return to Stamford Bridge. The staff he's perhaps taking over is full of ability and promise, but in addition full of question marks. Itas sure to be a summer of changes for Chelsea though, no matter if they generate The Special One or not.
