Real fan Nadal praises Dortmund - Football.co.uk

Real Madrid lover Rafael Nadal has remarkably revealed his affection for the Spanish leaders' Champions League semi-final opponents, Borussia Dortmund. "They (Dortmund) are very good. On Sunday I love their rapid design, and I really enjoy (fighting midfielder) Marco Reus," Nadal informed German news agency SID, a part of AFP, at the Monte Carlo Masters here. Because the former world number 1 described Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp as "a tremendous coach", his encouragement was not limited to the players. The seven-time French Open champion however thinks the last four Champions League match-ups are carefully balanced, with "no favourites" in the Real v Dortmund clash nor in the other semi between Bayern Munich and Barcelona. "The four most readily useful teams are in the semi-finals, anything sometimes happens, it may all fall to the details," claimed the Spanish star, adding that just like the rest of his compatriots he was obviously rooting for "an all Spanish final." Offering his opinion on whether Barcelona's Lionel Messi or Real's Cristiano Ronaldo was the greater player he said: "It is impossible to state. But something is certain, we are fortunate to own these two champions inside our group and wearing a show for all of us each week." Nadal, currently placed fifth in the world, is bidding for his ninth subject in Monte Carlo.
