Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has waved the white flag in the Premier League name battle, indicating the 12 point distance to Sir Alex Fergusonas Manchester United part is too big to overcome. City won 2-1 at Old Trafford on Monday night as a result of a late Sergio Aguero target, but Mancini admits with seven activities staying that the the club's odds are slim. Mancini also joked that they would want factors from the FA Cup function, which continues this Sunday against Chelsea at Wembley, to attach any serious problem to the title. "If United eliminate against Stoke and we win against Chelsea in the FA Cup and win against Wigan [in the group next Wednesday] - six points, it may be possible," Mancini told reporters. "But we must have three factors for the FA Cup! "It is impossible. They did much better than us, they deserve to get. The tournament isn't important, it is completed, but it's important we showed we are like them. A dozen things is a lot of. We hope to get closer. We have seven activities, so we hope." The 48-year-old Italian even offers injury issues ahead of this weekendas semifinal with David Silva and Sergio Agueroas conditioning being monitored. "We can decide [on Silva], I believe, on Sunday morning," he added. "We do not know if it's possible and if there is a threat he'll not play, but if there's not then perhaps. "He gets better. Recently he went, so I think we've the opportunity. I do not think he can enjoy 100 percent nonetheless it is essential he is very close. I am happy because he [Aguero] had an excellent effect in the game on Monday evening and it is important he did not have any problems in his knee. Probably he is perhaps not 100 percent but Sergio for all of us at 80 percent is important".
